In our Zumba classes, you will cover the four basic Zumba rhythms – salsa, merengue, reggaeton and cumbia. These rhythms are put together in different routines so each class has a great mixture of routines for all ages and abilities to get a total body workout. Course Details

This course will introduce you to Zumba and take you through some basic routines for the perfect beginner’s workout. With some fun routines to great music, you will learn to cha cha and merengue. Zumba Instructor Mayte Segura will take you through each routine so that you can easily follow along. Pause, rewind and rewatch to repeat any steps or routines you want at any time!

For this course all you will need is some clear space free of tripping hazards, some water and a towel. Get ready to sweat!
