Through body movement, breathing techniques and mindfulness you can begin to cleanse yourself of those daily stresses we carry around with us and find a feeling of inner peace.

Course Details

This Yoga course is an introduction for anyone interested in taking their first steps into the world of Yoga. Learn some basic moves within Vinyasa flow that are easy to follow, with breathing techniques and mindfulness to learn how yoga can help you relax, destress and connect with a feeling of inner peace. Our experienced Yogi Nichola Suitor will lead you through this course using her years of Yoga instruction to make this course easy to follow. You can pause, rewind and rewatch to enjoy your yoga experience again and again.

For our Yoga course, you will need some clear space free of tripping hazards. A yoga mat is ideal but as long as the space is clear and not hazardous you can follow along without it. The course also uses a yoga belt – this can easily be substituted for a scarf, bathrobe belt or even a skipping rope – and a yoga block – a thick cookbook or similar is a good substitute.
